BARBECUE CHICKEN 
4-5 lbs. chicken, cut up or boneless
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. tomato ketchup
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salad oil
Dash of black pepper, garlic powder or clove garlic, onion powder and Accent
1 tbsp. Tabasco (optional)
1/2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients (except sesame seeds). Mix well. Put the chicken meat in the mixture and leave it for several hours. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Bake uncovered for one hour or until the meat becomes dark brown. Turn over the meat a couple of time while baking. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds when you serve. Excellent for charcoal barbecue.
