BBQ CHICKEN IN CASSEROLE 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, split
Crisco
1 thinly sliced med. onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. minced green pepper

SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper

Dust chicken in flour and brown in Crisco. Leave some fat in pan. Set chicken aside. Saute onions, celery and green pepper. Blend sauce ingredients together and pour over sauteed vegetables. Stir together and pour over chicken breasts, placed in deep casserole.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake chicken covered about 1 hour. Great recipe to make a day or two ahead and store in refrigerator until ready to bake and serve.
