CLAM BISQUE 
3 cubes butter
2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 qt. clam nectar
2 c. clams, chopped
3 pt. half & half
3 c. milk
1/4 c. ReaLemon juice

Melt butter. Add onions and cook slowly until softened. Add flour a little at a time. It will set real thick. Slowly add clam nectar. Add half and half, milk and clams. Heat slowly, Do Not Boil. After you have heated your bisque, add the lemon juice. Makes about 2 gallons.
