PLENTY FOR TWENTY 
3 lbs. hamburger meat
2 med. onions, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 can tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can mild enchilada sauce
2 cans whole kernel corn
3 cans chopped ripe olives
1 pkg. cooked wide noodles
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Brown hamburger meat, onions, and pepper. Drain. Add tomatoes and Rotel tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add enchilada sauce, corn, and ripe olives. Then add noodles and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Let stand 24 hours. Reheat in 350 degree oven. Freezes well.
