TWENTY-FOUR HOUR SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1/2 head lettuce, cut in 1/2-inch slices
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook peas in water to cover until crisp-tender; drain. Fry bacon until crisp; drain. layer lettuce, peas, celery, pepper and onion in large bowl. Combine mayonnaise and sugar. Pour over top. Sprinkle with cheeses; top with bacon. Cover; chill overnight.
