CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRIES 
1 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 pt. strawberries, washed & dried

In small double boiler melt chocolate, butter and corn syrup. Remove from heat and cool a few minutes. One at a time, holding the hull of each berry dip the pointed end into the chocolate mixture and carefully set on wire rack hull side down. Repeat until all berries have been dipped. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
