CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY CAKE 
2 c. chopped apples
2 c. unsweetened strawberries (fresh or frozen)
7 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. chocolate extract
1 tbsp. strawberry extract
1 tbsp. D. C. Lite Sweetener
1 c. D. C. Protein Powder (chocolate)
1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. unprocessed bran

Place first 6 ingredients in food processor or blender and blend well. Pour mixture into a large bowl. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix with an electric mixer. Spray a 9"x13" baking or bundt pan with low calorie, non-stick spray. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and cut in 8 equal servings. Refrigerate or freeze. Yield: 8 servings. Each = 1/3 protein, 1/2 fruit portions and daily bran, also milk and protein powder allowance.
