MEATBALLS ITALIAN 
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. ground pork (sausage)
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. minced parsley
Salt and pepper
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
3 eggs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Shape into walnut size balls (makes about 48). Arrange on a greased baking pan. Bake in a 400 degree oven about 30 minutes. Heat a medium sized jar of Ragu spaghetti sauce. Transfer meatballs to sauce. Have cocktail picks handy.
