CHICKEN LICKIN' GOOD PORK CHOPS 
6-8 lean pork chops, 1" thick
1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. oil
1 can chicken & rice soup

Dredge pork chops in a mixture of flour, salt, mustard and garlic powder. Brown in oil in skillet. Place chops in a crock pot. Add soup (undiluted). Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Tender and juicy!
