CHICKEN HOT DISH 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen asparagus or broccoli spears
3 1/2 to 4 lbs. chicken or 4 breasts
3/4 lb. sliced Velveeta cheese
1 c. water chestnuts
1 c. mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can onions rings

Thaw and drain frozen vegetables. Put in the bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Put chicken on top. Layer cheese next. add chestnuts which have been drained and sliced thin. Add mushroom soup which has been mixed with mayonnaise. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Place broken onion ring on top. Bake 15 minutes longer.
