CHICKEN AND BROWN RICE | |
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 tbsp. oil 1 can (10.5 oz.) condensed chicken broth 1/2 c. water 1 pkg. dried Lipton Onion soup mix 2 c. Minute Brown Rice, uncooked Cook chicken in hot oil in large electric skillet until browned. Remove chicken, keep warm. Add broth, dried soup mix and water to skillet, stir. Bring to boil. Stir in rice. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Let stand 5 minutes, stir. Makes 4 servings. |
