SWISS QUICHE 
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. buttermilk
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded (2 c.)
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
1 (6 oz.) can large pitted olives, drained
1 pastry lined 9" pie plate or quiche dish (unbaked)

Heat cream and buttermilk, whisk in eggs and seasonings. Stir in cheese, bacon, onions and olives. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until custard is set and golden. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
