1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/3 c. butter
1 egg
14 oz. Eagle Brand milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. Heath Bits 'O Brickle baking chips

Mix first 3 ingredients as base. Press base in a 9x13 inch greased pan. Mix rest of ingredients together for filling. Pour over base. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
