CARAMEL PECAN CREAM BARS 
1 pkg. Pillsbury's Plus yellow cake mix or butter brickle
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 egg

In a large bowl combine cake mix, butter and egg. Mix until crumbly. Press in pan.

FILLING:

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Bits-O-Brickle chips
1 egg

In small bowl beat milk, egg, and vanilla. Blend well, stir in pecans and chips. Pour over base. Spread to cover. Bake until lightly golden brown. Center may appear loose, but will set to cooling. Cool completely. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. 13 x 9 inch greased pan.

Nice easy recipe...Really delicious! I subbed caramel bits for the Brickle chips and it worked out really well.
