CHRIS' BARBECUE BABY BACK RIBS
2 racks baby back ribs
beef broth
water

Take ribs and beef broth and water in large pot. Beef broth and water should be in about a 1 to 1 ratio and should cover ribs. Simmer on low heat for three to three and a half hours or until ribs are tender.

BBQ RIB SAUCE:

1 cup ketchup (Hunts)
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. salt

Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl. Mix and set in refrigerator until ready for use.

When ribs are done simmering. take them out of the pot and let rest for about half an hour.

Heat the grill. I recommend using a charcoal grill with mesquite charcoal. Gas grills work as well though. Put ribs on grill, reheating and turning often. Then begin basting with BBQ sauce and let the outside crisp up. Turn and baste often. Then enjoy! You won't need a knife to cut these.
