EASY ON THE GRILL BBQ BABY BACK RIBS | |
To make easy BBQ ribs on a gas grill... pork baby back ribs barbecue seasoning (your choice) water barbecue sauce (I like Sweet Baby Rays) Wash and season the ribs. There is no need to marinate or precook these. Take a aluminum disposable roasting pan (the kind you would put a turkey or something in, about 4-inches deep) and place that on the grate of your grill. Add about an inch of water to the pan. Place the seasoned ribs in the pan and put the lid of the grill down. Slow cook the ribs on a low flame for about 3 hours depending upon thickness, until fully cooked and tender. Turn occasionally and add more water if needed. Douse with BBQ sauce and let cook about 30 minutes more. Serve with your regular BBQ fare. These are melt-in-your mouth good and you don't have to bother with boiling them before hand! We just came up with this recipe today when we didn't want to heat up the kitchen with boiling the ribs before grilling them. Will never make them any other way now! These are the best we've ever had! Submitted by: Kim Scott |
