STRAWBERRY GLAZE CREAM CHEESE
CAKE (NO BAKE)
 
2 (16 oz.) pkg. of frozen strawberries
2 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese
1 pt. whipping cream
3 pkg. lady fingers
4 tbsp. of cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
Whole fresh strawberries

Prepare glaze by cooking in a medium size pot the frozen strawberries and cornstarch. Mixing frequently, cool completely. In a mixing bowl blend sugar and sour cream. Whip cream separately. Blend cream cheese and whipped cream. Line the sides, then the bottom of a 10 inch springform pan with lady fingers. Spread one half of the cream cheese mixture over the bottom layer of lady fingers.

Spread one half of the strawberry glaze mixture on top of the cream cheese. Add a layer of lady fingers, then another layer of cream cheese and strawberry glaze. Decorate with strawberries. Chill at least 2 to 3 hours. Serves 8 to 10.
