STRAWBERRY PIE 
CRUST:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2/3 c. melted butter

Mix and press into 10-inch deep dish pie plate.

FILLING:

1 lg. and 1 sm vanilla instant pudding
1 1/3 c. whipping cream
2 c. milk

Mix and beat about 5 minutes. Pour into prepared crust. Top with 2-3 boxes strawberries.

GLAZE:

1 box strawberries
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. water
1/3 c. cornstarch
1 lg. bottle red food coloring

Mix first 5 ingredients in blender. Cook until thickened and clear. Add food coloring; cool. Spoon over strawberries.

Decorate with whipped cream (beat 1 1/2 cup whipping cream with 3 teaspoons sugar).
