SAUSAGE-EGG BAKE 
1 lb. sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
6 to 8 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 slices white bread, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cook and crumble sausage. Mix all remaining ingredients with sausage. Pour into 9x13 inch casserole and refrigerate 12 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
