CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 c. pastry mix
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
About 2/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine pastry mix, flour, salt, and baking powder with pastry blender or fork. Add milk, mixing until a soft dough is formed. Knead lightly on floured board for about 20 seconds. Roll dough into rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

Cream butter with sugar and cinnamon and spread over dough. Sprinkle with raisins. Roll like jelly roll, cut into 1-inch pieces, and place in pan greased with pan-coat. Brush rolls with milk. Bake in very hot 450 degree oven for 25- 30 minutes. Makes 1 dozen rolls.
