RITZ CRACKER PIE 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, cut sm.
23 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 sm. Hershey bar

Beat egg whites until stiff, then add sugar, baking powder and salt and again beat until as stiff as possible. Add the vanilla, nuts, and the crushed crackers. Pour this into a buttered 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 or 30 minutes. Cool. Spread whipping cream that has been whipped on top and sprinkle with the shredded Hershey bar.
