RITZ CRACKER PIE 
3 egg whites
18 Ritz crackers
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. n uts
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat stiffly egg whites. Crush Ritz crackers. Put half of the sugar in the egg whites and the other half in cracker crumbs. Combine the 2 mixtures. Add nuts and vanilla. if desired, 1/2 cup of dates or raisins can be added. Grease pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake 20 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
