RITZ CRACKER PIE | |
4 egg whites 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. chopped pecans 18 Ritz crackers 2 c. Cool Whip Beat egg whites until foamy; gradually add sugar, one teaspoon at a time and beat very stiff. Crumble crackers in your hand and fold nuts and crackers in egg whites. Add vanilla. Pour in greased pie plate. Bake 45-60 minutes in 300 degree oven. Cool; fill well with Cool Whip. |
