RITZ CRACKER PIE 
20 Ritz crackers (2/3 c.)
1/2 c. walnut meats
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Roll out crackers and chop nuts fine. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and baking powder and vanilla. Add nuts and crackers to egg whites.

Make edge to resemble crust in buttered pie plate.

Bake 25 minutes in 350 degree oven. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
