RITZ CRACKER PIE 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
22 Ritz crackers
1 c. pecans

Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Fold in the crushed crackers and pecans. Bake in pie pan for 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Let cool and cover with a layer of sliced bananas. On top of bananas place whipped cream or Dream Whip. Garnish with maraschino cherries and nuts.
