MEXICAN SALAD OR DIP 
1 can refried beans
6 oz. shredded cheese
1/2 head lettuce
1 tomato, diced
1 onion, diced
1 sm. jar picante sauce
1 (16 oz.) guacamole

Put one layer of all ingredients on large platter. Eat as salad or use as dip with Tortilla chips.
