CORN CASSEROLE 
2 eggs
1 (14 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (14 oz.) can creamed style corn
1 stick butter
1 c. sour cream
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Melt butter in casserole dish. Beat eggs into melted butter. Add sour cream. Drain whole kernel corn. Add to mixture along with creamed style corn and Jiffy cornbread mix. Mix until blended then bake at 325 degrees for 90 minutes. This recipe is mixed and baked in the same casserole.
