RED TOMATO RELISH 
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 peck tomatoes
3 c. sugar
12 onions
8 green bell peppers
Salt
Some hot pepper if you like it

Skin tomatoes, chop tomatoes, pepper and onion. Cook at medium heat until thick. Several hours. Can in jars.
