GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
Green tomatoes - 1 gal. after they are cut
1 qt. cut onions
1 lg. head cabbage
10 sweet green peppers
10 sweet red peppers
1/2 gal. vinegar
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. allspice
2 tbsp. cloves
2 tbsp. tumeric
1/2 c. white mustard seed
5 oz. bottle horseradish
5 lbs. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. salt

Grind tomatoes, onion, cabbage, green pepper and red pepper in processor, and mix all ingredients except peppers, and bring to boil and cook 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add peppers and cook 10 more minutes. Can in pint jars, and seal. This makes almost 21 pints.
