CHICKEN SOPA 
1 1/2 lbs. boned, skinless chicken breasts
Corn tortilla chips
1 lb. grated cheese
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 lg. can Pet milk
2 sm. cans green chilies
1 med. onion, chopped

Boil chicken and cut into small pieces. Make sauce with soup, Pet milk, green chilies and onion. Spread small amount of sauce in bottom of casserole dish to prevent sticking. Layer ingredients in the following order: 1. tortilla chips, 2. cooked chicken, 3. sauce, 4. cheese. Repeat the layers with extra cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 12.
