BLENDER CHEESE CAKE 
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract

In 6 cup blender, blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into 8 x 8 inch pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cool completely and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
