BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries

Mix together well the sugar, butter and egg. Add milk. Sift together and add the flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in well drained blueberries. Spread batter in 9" round or square greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with Crumb Topping: Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup sifted flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 cup soft butter. Sprinkle over top of buckle. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until buckle tests done. Serves 10.
