MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix, disregard instructions on box
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, juice & all

TOPPING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Cake: Mix the oil, eggs and mandarin oranges into cake mix. Beat well and put into greased and floured pan, 9 x 13 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Topping: Combine the crushed pineapple with the instant pudding, mix thoroughly. Add Cool Whip and beat all together by hand. Spread on cake and keep refrigerated.
