YELLOW CAKE DESSERT 
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges, plus liquid
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple plus juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip

Beat together the yellow cake mix, eggs, oil, and mandarin oranges with liquid until mixed. Bake in a 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool.

Fold the pudding mix and pineapple with juice into the Cool Whip. Spread on top of cooled cake and refrigerate.
