1 1/2 c. 7-Up or ginger ale
3 oz. peach gelatin
1 c. sweetened applesauce
1 to 2 drops vanilla
1/8 tsp. mace (opt.)
1 c. peaches, fresh or canned, drained
1 c. whipping cream (1 tbsp. sugar), or 1 c. Cool Whip

Heat carbonated beverage; add gelatin, stir until dissolved. Add applesauce. Chill until it mounds slightly when dropped from spoon. Fold in peaches, Cool Whip and vanilla.
