PEACH AND APPLESAUCE MOLDED
SALAD
 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach gelatin
1 1/2 c. 7-Up or Sprite
1 c. applesauce
1 c. chopped peaches, drained
1/2 pt. whip cream, whipped & sweetened (or Cool Whip) with drop or two of vanilla

Heat pop and add Jello. Stir well. Stir in applesauce. Chill until mixture starts to set. Fold in peaches (fresh or canned). Add cream and vanilla and pour into a 1 1/2 to 2 quart mold or(8x8 inch pan) and cut into squares. Serves 6 to 8. May garnish with additional peaches or fruit.
