STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
16-18 mushrooms
1 egg
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated and packed
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated and packed
3 tbsp. butter
Approximately 1/4 c. liquid (water or wine)

Prepare stuffing mix as per instructions on package; then add all other ingredients. If the mix is not thick enough, add more cheese and stuffing. Stuff mushrooms. Bake at approximately 375 degrees until tender.
