FROZEN FRUIT MEDLEY 
3 oz. pkg. lime Jello
Dash salt
1 c. boiling water
8 oz. can pineapple chunks
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 env. Dream Whip topping
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 med. banana, diced
1/2 c. grapes, halved
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, diced

Dissolve Jello and salt in boiling water. Drain pineapple, measuring syrup and adding cold water to make 1/2 cup. Stir this liquid and the lemon juice into Jello. Chill until slightly thickened - consistency of unbeaten egg white - about 1 1/4 hour. Prepare Dream Whip according to directions. Mix with mayonnaise and fruits until well blended. Blend this mixture into thickened Jello. Spoon into an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Freeze until firm. To serve, let stand 1/2 hour at room temperature. Remove from pan and slice.
