CHRISTMAS FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. butter
2 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 pt. marshmallow cream or 2/3 pkg. mini marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nut meats

Cook sugar, milk, and butter to soft ball stage, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add chocolate, marshmallows, vanilla, and nut meats. Beat until chocolate is melted and well blended. Pour into buttered 11 x 13 inch pan. Score into squares and cool.
