FIVE POUND FUDGE (Christmas) 
1 jar marshmallow creme
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
3 pkg. chocolate chips (12 oz. size)
2 sq. bitter chocolate
Nuts if desired
1/4 lb. butter

Combine butter, sugar, milk and boil 6 minutes, stirring constantly. (Use a large kettle.) Then add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into a large cake pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
