MICROWAVE CHEESE SAUCE 
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Dry mustard (to taste, approx. 1 tsp.)

1. Heat milk 2 minutes on medium high, set aside.

2. Melt butter 1 minute on high. Stir in flour, heat 1 minute on high.

3. Briskly stir in milk and mustard (you can also add cayenne pepper and paprika if you like). Blend well.

4. Heat on high 1 minute. Stir. Continue to heat and

Stir until thickened.

5. Stir in cheese. Blend well. Serve immediately.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
