SAUCED MEATLOAF FOR MICROWAVE
OVENS
 
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. barbeque sauce

Mix all ingredients except barbeque sauce thoroughly in 9x5 inch glass loaf dish. Spread mixture evenly in dish. Poke holes with finger in loaf, about 6 different places. Pour barbeque sauce over loaf. Microwave on 80% or bake setting for 25 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
