MEXICAN FIESTA BALLS 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped Maraschino cherries
1 c. confectioner's sugar

Cream butter and granulated sugar. Add vanilla and dry ingredients. Blend in nuts and cherries. Chill. Shape into balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Roll in confectioner's sugar.
