LITTLE MARY'S COCONUT CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained 1 med. container Cool Whip 1 pkg. coconut Bake cake mix as directed in 9 x 13 inch pan. After completely cooled, punch holes in top of cake with fork. Pour Eagle Brand milk over the top of the cake. Sprinkle crushed pineapple. Spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle coconut on top. Keep refrigerated. |
