MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. round buttery cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. seasoned meat tenderizer
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
3 tbsp. corn syrup

Combine first 9 ingredients and 1/2 cup tomato sauce; mix well. Shape mixture into loaf and wrap in freezer paper or aluminum foil. Freeze.

To serve, thaw in refrigerator; bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Combine corn syrup and remaining 1 cup of tomato sauce; brush on top of meat loaf. Bake 10 minutes longer.
