MEAT MARINADE 
2 tbsp. tenderizer
1/2 tsp. Accent
Garlic salt to taste
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Marinate meat for several hours (or overnight) before grilling on charcoal grill (or in broiler).
