BEEF BURGUNDY MADE EASY 
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can onion soup
Sliced mushrooms to taste
1/2 c. red wine

Combine uncooked stew meat and soups in casserole dish and bake, covered at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Add sliced mushrooms and red wine, cook, uncovered for 1 hour. Serve over cooked rice.
