LEMON MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. very lean ground beef
1 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
Egg substitute equivalent to 1 egg
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients and place in a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

Bake 60 minutes.

Makes 8 servings - 250 calories.
