VELVET SALAD 
8 oz. sour cream
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (not drained)
1 box orange or lime jello
1 c. nuts (pecans)

Mix dry jello, pineapple, sour cream, Cool Whip, and nuts together. Chill in mold before serving. (Best to mix sour cream and Cool Whip together first.)
