BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 onion, minced
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. catsup

I usually double this and add some hot sauce or hot pepper of your choice and amount you like.

Boil on low heat for about 20 minutes.

I also use a little more brown sugar. Good on chicken or pork chops.
